Florosa is a bakery & flower farm that views Hispanic, Latin, and international pastry techniques through Virginian lenses.

Our team creates cakes garnished with florals from the garden, refined pastries and pan dulce made with flour milled at Wade’s Mill and eggs from the farm’s chickens, plus seasonal catering shaped and baked on our certified urban farm in Charlottesville, Virginia.

Pastries, desserts, and edible flowers sold at JBird Supply (at 1304 E Market St., Suite O) grounds our thoughtful, place-driven sourcing in every season.
